All cattle for Junior Show to be penned by 12 noon Friday as Junior Judging will commence at 1.00 pm sharp. All cattle for open Beef Cattle Section to be on Showground by 8.30am for 9.00 am judging on Saturday.
Entry Fee: $3 per entry
Entries Close: October 15, 2010 with the Secretary
Ribbons: Award Ribbons to 3rd all classes
Trophies: For all Grand Champions

Regulations:
1. All cattle must be from Brucellosis Confirmed Free of accredited free herds.
2. Johnes Disease form to be completed and returned with entry.
3. All cattle to be TB & C free.
4. All cattle entered in breed sections are to confirm to RAS requirements.
5. All cattle are to be paraded before the Judge.
6. All bulls 12 months and over are to be fitted and led with nose rings or by nose Pliers.
7. All cattle are expected to remain in stalls until 3.00 pm.
8. At Steward’s discretion some classes could be combined if competition is not strong in any particular class.
9. See any further applicable rules and Regulations in front of Schedule.
10. Please assist with this section by forwarding entry from EARLY.
11. Ages computed to October 1.
12. Insurance Waiver form must be signed before competing.
This section will cover the following breeds: Angus, Herefords, Poll Herefords, Murray Greys, Charolais, Square Meaters, Simmentals, Limousin, Any other recognised breed.

12 noon Cattle to be on Showground, Registration, Lunch Available
1.00 pm Junior Judging
3.30 pm Non-Group Final Paraders (under 19)
4.00 pm Best Presented
6.00 pm BBQ provided
Saturday 16th October 2010
9.00 am Open Beef Cattle Class Judging
11.30 am Group Final and 19-25 years Paraders
12 noon Carcase Steer Hoof Judging
Entry Fee: $25 per person (includes all competitions, animal entry, gate admission for Saturday and BBQ Friday night, open to all under 25 years as at 1st May, 2010.
Note: entries will be divided into age groups after entries close.
Group 9 Finals
Junior Judging and Paraders Group finals will take place during the course of the weekend. The following rules only apply to people participating in Group Finals.
All other competitors will be catered for in separate Junior Judging and Paraders Competitions.
Paraders:
Open to all competitors over 13 years and under 19 on 1st May, 2010. Finalists to progress to Class F002 at the Royal Easter Show 2011 and will be chosen on the following scale :
1 to 10 entries 3 to compete in finals
11 to 20 entries 6 to compete in finals
21 to 30 entries 9 to compete in finals
over 30 entries 10 to compete in finals
Junior Judging:
Open to all competitors over 15 and under 25 on 1st May, 2010.
For both Junior Judging and Paraders Group Finals:
COMPETITORS CAN ONLY COMPETE IN ONE GROUP FINAL BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO RESIDE WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE GROUP CONDUCTING THE FINAL.
Achievement Awards
All junior competitors will be judged over the 2 days on their willingness to learn, co-operation, state of their stalls and general cattle knowledge.

2. Weight to be 300kgs to 430 kgs.

6. Limit of two head per property or school.

CARCASS COMPETITION
To obtain maximum dressed price carcasses MUST be under 240kgs. 241kgs and over will obtain a 20 cents per kilo penalty.
